GSA Modification Services

Fee: Hourly Rate $113 per hour

Small businesses often get stuck in GSA Maintenance Agreements costing between $3,000-5,000 annually. These agreements are desirable at first to small businesses who prefer paying a flat rate over hourly charges giving them a defined price. In reality these flat rate charges often increase cost for most small businesses to an excess of $200 per hour.
We have over a 100 clients that have made the switch to hourly rate charges and are not looking back. We provide these clients with both GSA Modification Services and Quarterly and Annual Compliance Services.

Typical Saving by making the switch to our Hourly Rate verse the Standard Industry Practice Flat Fee:

Fee Structure Typical Annual Fee Normal Time Commitment Effective Hourly Rate
Standard Industry Practice $3,000 12 Hours $250 hr
Utilizing our Services $1,356 12 Hours $113 hr

If you are worried about the cost we can generally give an accurate ballpark of what we would charge in advance of taking you on as a client.
Our typical client is saving approximately $1,600 and will utilize the following services:
1. Two mods a year for, including any mass mods (8 hours)
2. All four IFF (Industrial Funding Fee) reports including reminders (4 hours)
Note: If the client has only one modification that year the total cost is usually approximately $850/yr.
